Orlando Coolest Amusement Parks for Thrill Seekers

The words "theme park" are absolutely interchangeable with Orlando. The city of Orlando may not be the original home of the the initial theme park, but Orlando has definitely perfected the art. The degree of diversity of theme parks in Orlando is unmatched, which possibly explains why millions of families plan vacations there throughout year.

Walt Disney World 

With four parks, a lot of places to stay and hundreds of fine and casual options Disney World is the granddaddy of all Orlando theme parks. No other amusement parks in the city of Orlando, or anyplace else for what it's worth, can compare to the blend of fantasy, excitement and nostalgia that a vacation to this Disney utopia evokes. With thrill rides like Test Track and rides that are good for the small ones like It's a Small World Disney World has something for all visitors. Combine it with tons of live entertainment and parades and this is one memorable family trip.

Universal Studios Orlando 

Considered an excellent destination for thrill-seeking roller coaster riders, Universal Studios boasts two different parks. One is dedicated to fantasy and sorcery with areas devoted to comics, and fantasy themes. The other park is all about the major motion pictures with great attractions including rides built to immortalize well-liked movie series like Men in Black and The Mummy. The resort also has hotels and restaurants available in and around the parks.

SeaWorld Orlando 

No conversation about theme parks in Orlando would be complete without mentioning of SeaWorld. This destination is a captivating mixture of rides, shows and education. Get up close with whales and sharks or giggle at the escapades of the sea lions. This is a stunning park that offers areas of respite for family members who are worn out with rides. It's a little quieter, a little tamer and a really remarkable experience that expoes guests to all sorts of aquatic life, much of which the public hgas never seen before. Of the amusement parks in Orlando this is among the more sophisticated, even though it still offers plenty of entertainment for the more youthful members of the group. The opportunity to have interaction with stingrays and dolphins is an experience that shouldn't missed!

Wet 'n Wild Orlando 

No doubt about it, the weather in Orlando is hot. It's the reason many people come here, but often it's good to escape the heat. That's where Orlando water parks are just what the doctor ordered. Disney World and SeaWorld both have versions of the water park, but maybe the best example is at Wet 'n Wild. Locals know that Orlando water parks have a noted reputation for trying to outdo each other and offer features that serve all ages. Some attractions are created for single riders while others allow entire parties to experience the attraction together. In addition, some attractions are built to relax while others will set beats racing. There are even specific milder attractions made for kids. It all makes for the ideal sun and water dunked day.
