Simple steps to quit be smoker


We know that the smokers in the world is very much at all, nearly two thirds of men were active smokers.
just imagine if they were all smoking at the same time what happens.
ranging from the impact of pollution that can not take lightly, trus health effects for each smoker and, most worrying is the impact of passive smoking as a wife, children, friends around him.

I tried to give simple steps to start a quit smoking.


1. Intention

I think this is the most important of your business smua, the intention is the first gold step to stop something, it could be based on health, or want to change Lifestyle, when it is your intention was unanimous we could go to the next step


2. Try to reduce the bit by bit
I know if changing a habit that has for many years you live it's not as easy as turning the palm of the hand, much less connect with your needs. if you smoke one pack per day, you can reduce it by half a day for several months or weeks, once you're comfortable in half a pack per day then it could be reduced again to whatever size you want and can afford and fewer and fewer, and at some point in a point you do not use any cigarette.

3. Replace with another
This pretty surefire way if you really want to smoke when you can divert your thoughts to something else for example you can buy candy, some bread, or whatever you like.

remember that smoking is not good for you, as well as those people around you, start a better life from this moment, that life is just once then you should use for the handy, do not use your life in vain.
hopefully some tips earlier helped to change your mindset towards smoking.
